Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the continental United States on all products sold on this website. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All shipments will be insured for the full purchase price. We will make every attempt to ship items within 48 hours of purchase. Most orders will be shipped using USPS or UPS and will arrive within 2-3 business days however there is no guarantee on order fulfillment or shipping times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

ALL SALE ARE FINAL!  NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY PURCHASES MADE ON THIS WEBSITE.

We will only issue refunds for damaged or broken items.  If your package arrives damaged you must email [email protected] or call 540-899-6789 within 24 hours of receipt in order to request a return authorization. You will also need to provide a picture of the damaged packaging as well as the damaged or broken item. After receiving authorization please return the damaged or broken item to 1002 Prince Edward St., Fredericksburg, VA, 22401. We will refund the return shipping amount and the purchase price after the damaged item has been received.
